Idibia Rose Owoyi (Mrs)
I joined this institution in the year 2006 September. I attended College of Education, Katsina-Ala in Benue State to obtain the Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in 1984. I proceeded to the University of Jos in 1987 to 1990 to obtain a B. Ed and 1992 to obtain an M. Ed in Special Education.
My primary assignment as the Vice Principal is to contribute widely to the life and leadership of the school. This includes deputizing for the Principal as required, encouraging the development of a positive and stimulating atmosphere within the school that is conducive to teaching and learning in line with the mission statement and celebrating success for teachers and learners, keeping the principal appraised of any issues or concerns raised by the teaching or ancillary staff, serving as caretakership position in the absence of the Principal.
My dream for the school is to build a healthy learning environment that offers individual academic attention for students to reach their full potentials in academic, social, cultural and recreational activities. That Cherryfield College will be the leading private secondary education provider in Africa.
